As we had to cancel our original Opening Event due to the storm that practically shut down the lower mainland we have a new date trusting the weather will cooperated this time!
Saturday, September 12, 2:30PM @ the White Rock Library
While the Festival has "unofficially opened on the 29th of August with displays at the Library as well as the White Rock Community Centre Lobby.
